Undeterred

Sigh, I was very down that after all of that running I ruined it with a slight foray into a breakfast buffet last sunday. I used the minor gain as a springboard to be a hawk about my food intake. To record every last morsel that went into my mouth.

I have not run as much this week, my knees and ankle really sort of needed a break - but I have worked out most every day and I'm feeling confident I can get through super bowl sunday without busting my calories.

My goal - to count count count. I want to see the scale go down!

Good luck getting back on track Tracy I wish you well and know you'll do good. Keep in mind for your knees & ankles glucosamine may help.
